We know how important it is for you to access news on YouTube: Since February 1, there have been over 90,000 videos relating to the Ukraine protests uploaded to YouTube and these have been viewed more than 25 million times from around the world. We’re proud of our partners—from citizen journalists to news organizations to made-for-digital news brands—who work to provide the YouTube community with up-to-date news and information.

One of the many outlets that has been chronicling the events has been VICE News, a newly launched international news channel on YouTube. VICE News keeps you up to date, whether you want to know what’s going on in the Ukraine, watch protests unfold in Venezuela, or are looking for a global daily news update that takes you "Beyond the Headlines" of your morning paper.

VICE News will bring you stories on a range of issues, from the effects of toxic waste in Chicago to the ongoing conflict with Mexico’s Knights Templar drug cartel. You’ll get a frank look at the news of the day from the team that’s gone behind closed borders and embedded themselves inside the Afghan National Army. And you can choose how to stay up to speed, whether you want to follow raw events via live stream, or just get a daily "capsule." Subscribe to the VICE News channel here:
